All prices are in £ sterling and include electricity, gas and local telephone calls.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Conditions

• The property is currently available in whole weeks only. Rentals start at 4 PM Friday and you should vacate the property no later than 10 AM on the day of departure.
• Bookings can be made by e-mail using the form provided on this site or by telephone. You will receive a reply to confirm your booking or suggested alternates if your chosen week is no longer available.
• If the booking is confirmed a deposit of 25% is required to reach us within 10 working days. If payment is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled and re-marketed. This deposit is non-refundable.
• The balance of the rental is payable no later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. The full sum is payable immediately on any bookings within 6 weeks of the start date.
• On receipt of the balance, full details on key collection and directions to the property will be sent to you.
• No monies are refundable within six weeks of the booked start date of the rental. Accordingly, we strongly advise that you take out cancellation insurance to cover yourselves for any unforeseen circumstances.
• A deposit cheque of £100 is required with final payment.  This will be held against any breakages, damage or the costs of any additional cleaning required at the end of the rental period.  If not required, the cheque will be returned un-cashed.

What's Included?

The weekly rental cost includes the accommodation as described on this web site. Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of people (adults and children) occupy the property.

Electricity and central heating are included within the rental cost shown. In addition, we provide a telephone for local area calls only.

What’s not included?

You should supply your own bed linen,  towels (including kitchen towels) and other personal linen.
Duvets, pillows, etc. are provided for all beds except the cot.
